*Shipping regulations - DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

If we ship our products under the Incoterm "DDP", we as the seller assume all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods to your specified destination. This includes the following aspects:

    1. Transport and shipping costs : All costs for transporting the goods from our location to the agreed destination will be borne by us.

    2. Customs Clearance and Import Fees : We assume responsibility for customs clearance and payment of all applicable import duties, taxes and fees in the destination country.

    3. Insurance : Although DDP does not explicitly provide for the insurance of the goods, we ensure insurance during transport to the destination.

    4. Transfer of risk : The risk of loss or damage to the goods only passes to you once the goods have arrived at the agreed destination.

    5. No additional costs for the buyer : As a buyer, you do not have to worry about any additional costs or formalities for importing the goods.

By choosing DDP, we guarantee you a worry-free and convenient purchase where we take full responsibility for delivery to your location. You can rest assured that you will not face any unexpected costs or bureaucratic hurdles.

** Shipping Policy - CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight):

When shipping our products under the Incoterm "CIF", we as the seller assume responsibility for the costs, insurance and freight transport to the named port of destination. Please note that under CIF the following applies:

    1. Transport costs : We cover the costs of transporting the goods to the specified port of destination.

    2. Insurance : We provide basic insurance for the goods during transport to the port of destination. This insurance usually covers loss or damage to the goods.

    3. Customs Duties and Taxes : Once the goods arrive at the port of destination, all other costs and risks, including customs clearance, payment of import duties and taxes, and further domestic freight, are transferred to the buyer.

    4. Collection and onward transport : You as the buyer are responsible for collecting the goods at the port of destination and for onward transport to the final destination.

    5. Transfer of risk : The risk passes to you as soon as the goods reach the port of destination. We therefore recommend that you find out about additional insurance options for onward transport.

By choosing CIF, we offer you a convenient and safe shipping option for international transport, taking on a large part of the responsibility up to the port of destination.

***Addition to CIF regulations for Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein under the Incoterm CIF, the term “port of destination” is not applicable as these countries do not have a seaport. Instead, for these deliveries, the relevant border crossing or entry point is considered the relevant place for the transfer of risks and responsibilities from the seller to the buyer.

    • For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we as the seller assume all costs and risks up to the border crossing, including freight and insurance costs.
    • The risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the goods have reached the specified border crossing. From this point, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance, payment of any import duties and taxes, and further transportation.
