The Chronos Cube is also designed for year-round use.

However, you should note the following when operating in winter:

• Higher electricity costs due to higher heat loss
• At the first temperatures below 15°C, the Chronos Cube must remain heated to at least 15°C (damage due to frost can occur in winter!)
• The whirlpool must not be removed from the power supply when it is full, unless it has been emptied early and prepared for winter storage! (Damage caused by frost!)

For winter storage you should have fulfilled the following points:

• Draining water and impurities in the whirlpool pool
• Draining water & impurities waterfall pool
• Draining water from filters, hoses, pipes and pumps
• Store the water treatment canister buffer so that it is protected from frost and empty the water treatment hose lines
• Thoroughly clean tile surfaces
• Use cover to protect against snow and water

Thanks to the fully automated water treatment, the Chronos Cube's maintenance requirements are as minimal as possible.

However, the following is recommended:

• Visual inspection and optical fill level control of the chemical buffer every 12 weeks*.
• Check and, if necessary, replace the filter units every 12 weeks*.
• Schedule an annual maintenance appointment (recommended at least once a year) You can find out more about annual maintenance here .

Benefits of bathing in salty water:

1. Natural Feeling: Bathing in salty water can provide an authentic experience similar to swimming in the sea.
2. Skin Benefits: Salt water can provide relief for some skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema. It can also help remove dead skin cells and exfoliate the skin.
3. Relaxation and stress relief : The salt water and the minerals it contains can have a relaxing effect on the body and help reduce stress.

Disadvantages of bathing in salty water:

1. Skin and eye irritation : Some people may be sensitive to the low salt content and develop skin and eye irritation.
2. Drying effect : Salt water can dry out the skin, especially if it is left on the skin for a long time and not washed off.
3. Restrictions for certain people : People with certain skin conditions or open wounds may want to use caution when bathing in salty water as it may cause further irritation.

Benefits of bathing in chlorinated water:

1. Strong disinfection: If the chlorine content in the water is set higher, you can ensure strong and efficient disinfection even when the pool is busy.
2. Widely used: Chlorine is a widely used disinfectant and can be purchased almost anywhere on short notice.

Disadvantages of bathing in chlorinated water:

1. Lower buoyancy : Compared to salty water, freshwater offers less buoyancy, which can make lying down a little more strenuous.
2. Water quality and safety: Water quality in freshwater can vary more and become contaminated with bacteria more quickly.
3. Skin and eye irritation : Chlorinated water often causes skin and eye irritation.

Disinfectant : With the Chronos Cube we recommend maintaining a slightly increased redox value of 900mV !

pH value : With the Chronos Cube we recommend maintaining a slightly acidic pH value of 6.9 !

Regular maintenance work should be carried out once a year by our Chronos Service Team.

The scope of maintenance includes, among other things:

• Functional check of the whirlpool
• Testing heating & pumps
• Testing the water treatment system
• Exchange measuring probes & filters
• Testing electrical systems & software updates
• Inspection of all joints & tile surfaces

The Chronos Cube is characterized by its breathtaking waterfall effect. Here the water flows seamlessly and evenly over all edges of the whirlpool, forming a visually impressive outer wall of flowing water. Precision is crucial for this unique experience.

1 . Scale and uniformity : For the perfect water flow, the whirlpool must be exactly level. Even the slightest slope or unevenness can affect the flow of water and cause it to flow unevenly.

2. Stability of the surface : An insufficiently stable surface or a floor slab that sinks over time can result in the spa no longer being perfectly horizontal. This means that the water runs down predominantly on one side.

The magic of water : Water is a natural and living element that we can guide but not completely control. It has its own dynamics and reacts sensitively to its surroundings. It is precisely this natural behavior that creates the charm of our infinity whirlpool. Every drop that flows over the edge tells a story - a story of perfection, precision and the beauty of nature.

We therefore recommend that before installing the whirlpool, ensure that the surface is suitable for the weight of the filled whirlpool. If you have any questions or concerns, we are of course available to you at any time.

The Chronos Cube requires a high-voltage connection* (380V - 16A) and is supplied with the appropriate cable.

We recommend that you hire an electrician to install the connection.

For fresh water refilling, the permanent device with automatic refilling can be used via a Gardena quick coupling connection or you can refill it yourself.

*The Chronos Cube is intentionally delivered without a plug because in some houses the house connection is not necessarily connected with a clockwise-rotating power field. If connected incorrectly, the electrical installation of the Chronos Cube can be permanently damaged!

The safety of our customers and their families is our top priority. When designing the Chronos Infinity Hot Tub, we carefully thought about every aspect, including how we can create a safe environment for everyone.

Our whirlpool has all-round benches that not only make it easy to get in and out or to rest, but also fulfill an important safety function. These benches effectively close off the waterfall pool so that neither small children nor animals can fall into the waterfall areas.

The design of these benches is such that they are seamlessly integrated into the hot tub while providing a physical barrier. This minimizes the risk of falls and gives you the security of relaxing in your own wellness oasis without having to constantly worry.

However, it is always important to emphasize that even if the hot tub is designed with safety in mind, supervision should always be provided for children when they are near water areas .

The surrounding waterfall basins are filtered via the waterfall at predetermined intervals. The cover is designed so that filtration and water flow are not affected.

The whirlpool always filters in its specified cycle and, in combination with the fully automated water treatment, always ensures crystal clear water.
